There is only a relatively small window to complete your Single Application Form with the deadline being midnight on Wednesday 15 May 2024.
Completion of the online form, available via Rural Payments Wales (RPW) Online, ensures access to farm support under the Basic Payment Scheme (BPS) and land based rural development payments including Woodland Support, Organic Support, Organic Conversion Scheme and Habitat Wales schemes.
NFU Cymru Head of Operations Iestyn Pritchard has prepared a briefing to assist with form completion which you can read below outlining the key points of the 2024 SAF process as well as the rules around submitting your application.
Iestyn Pritchard said:
"Please make sure you get your Single Application Form in as soon as possible and don't leave it until the last minute. If you have any queries please contact RPW or contact your local NFU Cymru group office and speak to your Group Secretary or contact the NFU Cymru office on 01982 554200 and ask to speak to your County Adviser."
Once you have submitted your query someone from NFU Cymru will contact you. If needed, your query will then be passed to the appropriate NFU policy team.
