In this update Abi discusses the latest bovine TB statistics released by Defra showing that over 13,000 cattle were slaughtered in 2024 due to bovine TB – a 27% increase compared to 2023. She also discusses a recent on-farm meeting the union had with First Minister for Wales Eluned Morgan in Ceredigion and a meeting with Under Parliamentary Secretary of State for Wales, Dame Nia Griffith MP.
